Aaron Nell is the Executive Director of the Conflict Resolution Center. He began his volunteer work as a mediator for CRC in the fall of 2002. As a facilitator trained in Help Increase the Peace Program and Alternatives to Violence Project, Aaron has led trainings and workshops in the community, schools, jails, recovery centers, and at the Boys and Girls Club of Richmond. He received his BA from Wilmington College and has pursued his strong interest in restorative justice through coursework at the Earlham School of Religion. |
